Nicole Decker

recently calls Arkansas her home! She is originally from Connecticut and has moved with her husband, Sean, to different Marine Corps duty stations. They are parents to 18-month-old James, who’s been watching, crawling and now jumping his way into a love for yoga! Nicole is a yoga teacher and personal trainer, and loves to find ways to make movement a part of James’ daily life. In her free time she creates cutting boards, writes for her blog Home.Body.Breathe and is a co-host for a mindfulness podcast called On Our Way Home.
